FAQ

When will your apples be ready?

We are planting fruit trees in the Spring of 2025 and 2026. The trees need time to establish before their first crop, but we aim to have delicious apples for sale by fall of 2027.

Can we visit the farm?

Not yet, but our master plan includes an on-site farm store, weekly farmer’s markets, farm-to-table dinners, summer camps, harvest celebrations, and more. Sign-up for our newsletter for updates on these programs.

Are you hiring or offering volunteer opportunities?

If you are interested in being a part of the Cellanie team, please send your resume to Betsy – betsy@cellanie.com. All current job openings are posted to our jobs page.

If you are interested in donating time to the farm in exchange for a vegetable share, please fill out our volunteer form.

Groups/Teams/Clubs are also welcome to donate time as a fundraising effort. If interested, please email Betsy – betsy@cellanie.com.

What is the meaning behind the name Cellanie?

Nic and Betsy’s children are a huge motivating force behind Cellanie and also inspired the name. The name Cellanie also encourages us to celebrate local agriculture.

Will you offer a CSA?

Yes! New in 2026 we will be offering a CSA. Local pick up and home delivery available. Sign up at shop.cellanie.com

Are you certified organic?

We are operating as an organic-in-transition farm until we can apply for official certification. We have used only organic applications since becoming stewards of the land.
